Day 1 Cusco City Tour & Nearby Ruins
We will pick you up from your hotel, we will first visit the Cathedral of Cusco with a baroque style and paintings of the Cusqueña School. Then we will continue walking to visit the temple of sun or Qoricancha , where you will appreciate the Inca culture and Catholicism times. Then, we will head out of the city towards the fortress of Sacsayhuaman, situated on a mountain overlooking Cusco. Sacsayhuaman is one of the most Impressive and outstanding Inca temples. It is famous for its huge stone walls polished and shaped. After exploring Sacsayhuaman , we will visit Qenqo, where the Incas performed mummification. then the control center and military of the Incas Puca-Pucara and finally the Temple Tambomachay with its water fountains .
Finishing this tour, we will return to the city and then we will drop you off at your hotel or close to the main square where you can have dinner in one of the many restaurants.

Which ticket do I need for the Cusco City Tour?
The Cusco City Tour requires the Partial Tourist Ticket (Circuit I), which includes access to Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay. Admission to the Cusco Cathedral and Coricancha is purchased separately.
If you plan to visit more attractions in Cusco or the Sacred Valley during your stay, we recommend purchasing the Full Tourist Ticket, as it provides access to additional archaeological sites and museums.
Can I skip the Cathedral visit?
Yes. If you prefer not to visit the Cusco Cathedral, you can skip this stop. We will arrange for you to join the tour at the next scheduled attraction, so you won’t miss the rest of the itinerary.
