Methods Of Payments
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit as a down payment per person in US dollars. The remaining balance can be paid in cash at our Cusco office during
your briefing, which will take place one or a few days before your trip, as agreed with your travel advisor.
Important: All payment methods incur their respective commissions fee, which are assumed by the client.
Deposits can be paid through We Travel , PayPal or Western Union wire.
ONLINE VIA WE TRAVEL
It is the easiest way to may online payments via platform WE TRAVEL with credit /debit card. Please note We Travel charges a 5.5% service fee ,which is automatically charged per transaction. The link for We Travel can be sent to your email to make the payment.
WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER COMPANY
You can do the money transfer online at http://www.westernunion.com using your card.
Just visit the website and follow the instructions.The charge is less if you go directly to a local Western Union agent in your town and pay in cash.
After made the deposit they will give you a receipt , please advice via e-mail the reference number MTCN ( (Money Transfer Control Number) in order to collect the money .

ONLINE VIA PAYPAL
You can make an online payment via PayPal, that way you can use your credit card. Please note PayPal charges a 7% service fee ,which is automatically charged (for the international transfer) and it should be sent to cuscodestinations@gmail.com and the link for PayPal can be found on the bottom of our website.

DESPOSIT OF PRE-PAYMENT
The deposit is requested in order to confirm the booking as a down payment per person.Once the deposit will be confirmed we will send you the contract voucher.
We require a deposit in order to secure and confirm your the booking as follow:
For Inca Trail & Alternative Treks & Machupicchu Tour:
we require a deposit of $200.00 USD per person, in order to purchase a your Inca Trail permit, entrance to Machu Picchu and train ticket.
For Tour Packages and Day Tours :
we require a deposit of 50% of the total tour package per person.
PAYMENT OF FINAL BALANCE
The remaining balance of the program has to be paid upon arrival to Cusco and prior to your trip’s departure unless by prior arrangement and the indications that you will receive from your travel advisor . Also you can pay the balance with cash in dollars or peruvian soles and avoids any service fees, you can come to our office or we can meet with you in your Hotel days before your trip.
Please, when paying with cash ensure that your bills in USD are clean, without marks or rips, which is highly appreciated.
