Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel at 7:00 am. The tour will start in Chinchero, a picturesque village in the sacred valley , where you will see its ancient walls and ruins, as well as you will enjoy the traditional handmade weaving demonstration of textiles by local women. The next place will be the circular agricultural terraces of Moray which was an experimental agricultural center at the Inca time. Following the tour, you will go to the Salt Mines of Maras, which contains 3000 pounds from which one of the best salts in the world is extracted to date. At noon we will have a delicious buffet lunch in a typical restaurant of the Sacred Valley in Urubamba town. After lunch, the next destination will be Ollantaytambo, known as the living Inca city. We will visit this archaeological site with a complex series of stone water fountains, channels, and agricultural terraces. Our next stop will be Pisac, which is located on top of a steep mountain. where we can see the farming terraces from the base of the mountain to the top. You will also see an immense Inca cemetery and the Intihuatana of Pisac, known for predicting the solstice and equinox that determined the agricultural calendar of the ancient culture.
