BOOKING

For making the booking , we need all Passport details (Exactly as it appears on your Passport )

• First Name
• Last Name
• Passport Number
• Nationality ,
• Date of birth 
• Gender

Please  email us a  picture of their Passport or scanned copy of the passport of each Clients at peru@cuscodestinations.com

The permissions  for  INCA TRAIL  and  HUAYNA  PICCHU  MOUNTAIN  are limited spaces and must be reserved and purchased in advance. we need this information  at the same time as your booking.

NOTE: In the case of the passport number has changed due to renewal after make the  booking, you will need  to bring a legible copy of the old as well as original of the new Passport, because  at the inca  trail checkpoint , you must present the Passport used to get your permit ,otherwise you will not be allowed to enter the inca Trail.

Please inform us  of this change so we can update this information for all your reservations. This modification has to be made prior your trip in advance  to avoid or create a  inconvenience to update it at the last minute. Also we will let you know  the extra cost incurred for  these changes

DISCOUNT  STUDENT CARD

To get a discount as student for the entrance fee to Machupichu or Inca Trail ,according the  regulations from Ministery of Cultura  this discount applies  for students,  we require a scanned copy of a valid student card ( University card)  OR  Student Visa ( issued by the peruvian Consulate ) to info@cuscodestinations.com.

There is a discount ONLY if the student card show the valid student ID card  with 5 request print it on the university card ( university name ,student name,student picture,issue date and expiration date ).

DISCOUNT CHILDS

Children under 16 years old receive the same discount as a student and child’s passport must be provided at the time of the booking in order to apply  the discount. 

 PAYMENT & DEPOSITS

Depending on availability,the deposit per person for the chosen program is requested at the moment of the booking, which is used to purchase permits ,entrance tickets,train tickets,etc  and secure your reservations and departure date.The Deposit amount might vary according to service.

We  require a deposit in order to secure and confirm your the booking as follow:

For Inca Trail & Alternative Treks & Machupicchu Tour:

 It required 40% of pre-payment   per person

For Tour Packages  and  Day Tours :

It required of 50% of pre-payment   per person

The deposit ( Pre-Payment ) is Non – Refundable and non-refundable and not transferable  for all the bookings and in case the full amount has been paid we will refund the money  according the cancellation policies and the cost of the refund transfer will be cover by the client.

The  payment  can be Partial or full payment, it depend by the client.

Deposits can be paid through PayPal or Western Union wire.

Please note that there are costs involved for PayPal and Western Union transfer – in both cases the costs will be paid by the client .

There is a 6% fee for deposits using PayPal and deposits  via Western Union have variable fees.

PAYMENT OF FINAL BALANCE

The remaining balance of the program has to be paid upon arrival to Cusco and prior  to your trip’s departure unless by prior arrangement and the indications that you will receive from your travel advisor . Also you can pay the balance with cash in dollars or peruvian soles which is highly appreciated and avoids any service fees, you can come to our office or we can meet with you in your Hotel  days  before your  trip. please  when paying with cash ensure that your bills in USD are clean,  without marks or rips.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to peru@cuscodestinations.com

The penalties will apply depending on when the cancellation notice will be received.

The cancellation charges are as follows:

 For Tour Packages

60 days before : the desposit is Non-Refundable

60 to 31 Days: 60% of program price

30 to 16 Days: 80% of program price

15 to the Day of Departure – No show has a penalty of 100%.
