Do prices on your website include transaction fees ?
Not, we don’t . All transaction fees are covered by the client and are not included in our tour prices. Please see the our term and conditions and methods of payment.
Should I take cash or credit/debit cards?
We strongly recommend to bring a bit of cash when coming to Peru, the most accepted foreign currency are American dollars. As to the credit cards, there are ATM’s available in every city you visit, so it is easy to withdraw soles or dollars. However you should verify with your bank before your departure, if you card is accepted in foreign countries.
ATM’s machines are not available at remote areas like Colca Canyon, Titicaca Islands, Inca Trail and the jungle.
Should I get traveler’s insurance to travel to Peru?
We suggests each of the clients must come with an travel insurance and We advise you to do it directly in your country prior you visit Peru.
Are domestic flights included for the travel packages ?
Not , they aren’t . usually quoted separately for all internal flights within Peru.

How far in advance do I need to make a Inca Trail reservation?
As far in advance as possible. The government has strictly limited the number of people permitted on the Inca Trail (permits are issued to about 200 trekkers per day plus 300 porters). We therefore recommend that you try to make your Inca trail reservation as far in advance as possible as soon as you know the dates of your international flights.
How should i book the Inca Trail with ISIC Card?
If you make a trek booking at the student price must send us a copy of your ISIC card at the time you pay the trek deposit. If you fail to bring your Original ISIC card on the trek, the government authorities will not allow you to start the trek. “You will not be given the opportunity to pay the difference in price!”
Do you charge extra for Single tent supplement?
Yes, If you want not to share a tent with anyone else and the extra cost is US$ 50.00 for the whole trip.
What happen if i changed my Passport number?
Some time people need to make their bookings for the inca trail using an old Passport , then they updated with the new Passport number , So we strongly need a copie of the old and new passort to make the change at the INC office (National Institute of Culture Cusco) and the Change fee is $10.
How do we have to hire the extra porter ?
if you wish to order an extra porter (Inca Trail Only) it MUST be done at the time of booking or permits will be sold out.
Do we climb the Huaynapicchu with the Guide ?
The guide will not climb the Huaynapicchu mountain with the trekkers.
When does Machupicchu Open/Close?
The ruins of Machu Picchu is open at 6:00am and closes at 5:00pm
How long does it take to get from Cusco to Aguas Calientes ?
Cusco – Ollantaytambo by bus is around 1hr 45 min. to 2hrs. The train ride from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes takes another 1hr 45 min. to 2 hours. So think about up to a total of 4 hrs; Aguas Calientes back to Cusco is the same travel time.
How long is the walk from Aguas Caleintes to Machupicchu ?
The hike up to Machu Picchu takes around 1hr 45 minutes up and 1hr 30 minutes to go down to the town of Aguas Calientes, if you take the bus it will be 30 minutes.
